Coconut Southern Pecan Coffee

Serves 4 dozen cookies


  1. Combine coffee, coconut extract and International Delight coffee creamer Southern Butter Pecan flavour in a mug and stir to blend. Top with whipped cream or Delightful Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

  2. *Note: Coconut extract is very strong; start with a tiny drop and adjust as needed to suit your taste.


  • 1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee
  • 1 drop coconut extract*
  • 1/4 cup International Delight coffee creamer, Southern Butter Pecan flavour
  • Whipped cream or Delightful Whip
  • Sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted
